HONESTY//REALITY

If you want to live in fluffy, happy "nice fractal utopia land," with the butterflies and nice colours, and flowers and unicorns, where all art is equal and none of it is truly GOOD or effective, that's your decision. If you are so insecure in your craft that the mere sight of honest realism tears a fissure in the carefully padded wall of your fluffy pink comment sanctuary, perhaps you would be more suited to a pure social networking community, and not an ART site.

Truer words were never spoken.

It has cleaned up a bit now, but, there was a time when deviantART was full of MySp*c*-like images. You know the ones; web cam whores at a 30-45-degree angle, looking up at the imaging instrument to avoid having their 3 chins captured.

Either, it's cleaned up, or, I've mellowed out. Either way, I think I'm on the wrong art site asking for critique on my non-terrestrial work.

You have a very colourful gallery which makes my eyes happy.

I don't Like pink

My walls are padded in nice shades of red and golds fading to browns

Ok - who really gives a rats a** anyway - fractal section looks crowded, but you can find some gems in there, you just have to look harder.
Any critiques are welcomed as long as they constructive ...I really wouldn't wanted to see all my fractals go muted in muddy colors just to please the more 'goth' approach and god forbid Satu starts making black flowers .....my weekend morning coffee would taste bitter

Funny, but so true.

I've seen people leave dA because of mere suggestions before. I'm glad to see that some like =TwilightAmbiance still haven't been deterred by sheltered deviants.
