only about half way through them and already I am learning from them. The articles approach escape time fractals from the perspective of a researcher but in a way that is more accessible to the average person than picking up a big textbook. Even if you are strictly an artist it pays to know some of the math and science behind the images. Check them out, he also has some nice, interesting pure fractal work in his gallery here on dA. Not too many people are doing that kind of work these days.

On the subject of articles, I am putting some short tutorials together for Ultra Fractal. I am currently working on one that deals with using adjustment layers for soft vignetting and lighting effects. I am looking for suggestions because I don't know what kind of things people are interested in learning. So if anyone has any questions or anything they think would make a good tutorial either post it here or note me.
