Origami

I was playing with the Talis and Friends formula again, this time tweaking more stuff in the formula, it took a very long time to find the right basic shape for this. Then had a "fun" time finding textures and gradients that worked with it and enhanced the look of folded paper, because most OCAs were either doing nothing at all on it or just looked really stupid.

So anyway, this is what I came up with 20 layers later, and I'm very relieved it's done. It was a very frustrating piece from the moment I started it, it just wouldn't cooperate. I decided to enter this into the Talis and Friends contest instead of Vitality because I put much more effort into it and did more parameter tweaking, that and I just like it more.
